How to share and present

Wired

1. Tap the Share button on the touch panel.

2. Open cable box in the centre of the table, select the appropriate cable, then connect to your device.

3. To share in-room only, tap Preview.

4. To share both in-room and on the WebEx call, tap Share in Call and Preview.

Wireless

1. Open WebEx on your laptop and select Connect to a device located at the bottom of the app.

2. Select the appropriate device, which will be the name of the conference room you are connecting to.

3. A sharing screen will pop up. Select which screen you would like to share, either your full screen or a specific application.

4. Click share screen

To stop sharing

Click stop sharing from the Touch 10 panel to cease sharing content to the in room device.
