One Touch to Join

Hightower Employees can start a Video Call (VC) meeting using the One Touch’s green Join button.

If the conference room has not been invited using Outlook, it will still be possible to join using the meeting invite. Use the details in the lower section of the invite titled Join from a video system or application.

Note: Alternatively, if the green Join button is not visible, invite the conference room into the WebEx meeting invite as a participant through Outlook. Then the green Join button will pop up on the Touch panel.
