No One Touch to Join button?

If you enter the room and there is no green one touch to join icon, it may be that the room has not been invited through Outlook.

​

Don’t panic there is still a way to join your meeting!

 

1. Go to your Webex Invite and locate the Join instructions.

2. Under "Join from a Video System or application" you'll see a link that includes numbers and @icpt.webex.com.

3. On the Touch10 press the "Join WebEx” and enter the Dial information from the invite.
